All bait fishing is prohibited in Mono County. Fishing with lures is allowed on the Upper Owens River in certain sections and on the East Walker River. Single hooks that are debarbed and zero limit rules apply. Fishing is allowed year round in Inyo County at different times and by different methods. Consult the DFG Regulations for specifics.
